Team JUMBO did Singapore and our food heritage proud by emerging tops in the Asian Cuisine Open Competition held in celebration of the 16th Asian Games.
The gruelling heats that began from 8 July 2010 culminated in an exciting culinary final held on 6 August 2010 at the CCTI Restaurant in Hong Kong.
Congratulations to our two chefs: Tan Yee Ken and Lim Meng Siong for their exemplary culinary skills and proud achievements.
