Held at our East Coast Seafood Centre branch, seven teams of three chefs battled for top culinary honours where they were graded for presentation, taste, creativity, commercial value and hygiene. With every outlet represented in this inaugural chef competition, chefs took a day - or rather a morning, off their usual routines in an adrenaline charged competition that resulted in some remarkable displays of teamwork and creativity.

From management to chef, everyone felt absolutely proud to be a member of the Jumbo Seafood family that day and we are certain that next year's culinary challenge would uncover more great cuisine talents in our midst!

Best Starter: 三国演义 (Romance of the Three Kingdoms) by Team Gallery B

Best Soup: 龙虾鲜露汤 (Fresh Lobster Dew) by Team Waterfront

Best Seafood Dish: 银盏紫虾松 (Silver Dreams Prawn Floss) by Team Waterfront

Best Meat Dish: 密烧金华骨 (Honey-Roasted Golden Ribs) by Team Waterfront
