Jumbo is proud to host the launch of the mystery diner program, organized by Restaurant Association of Singapore (RAS) and SPRING Singapore, on 14th February 2006. Mr Chan Soo Sen, Minister of State for Education & Trade and Industry, was the guest of honour for the event which is set to improve the service standards and performance of F&B establishments. The Mystery Diner Programme is the first industry-specific service initiative to measure service levels systematically and recognize F&B companies which deliver good service.
