you happen to lose your Jumbo Rewards Card, you may request
for a new one online or at any of our outlets. An administrative
fee is payable for replacement of lost cards.
Your J$ is stored in our system and not on the card. You
will not lose your J$. However, if your J$ is redeemed before
the card is reported lost, your J$ will not be replaced. |
