How much does the card cost?
For others, the card costs $20. However, you will get 20 Jumbo Dollars(J$20) credited into your card as a welcome gift. Therefore, the card is virtually free!
What is the validity of the card?
The card is valid for 2 years from the date of application.
How much J$ can I redeem per visit?
Cardholders can redeem a maximum of 30% of the total bill per visit, rounded down to the nearest dollar. For example,

What happens to my J$ when my card expires?
Your J$ expires with your card. However, if you renew your card before it expires, you will get to keep the J$. A fee is payable to renew your card. However, we will credit J$, equivalent to the renewal fee, into your card when you renew your card. So, renewal of cards is virtually free as well.
Can I use multiple Jumbo Rewards Cards to redeem/earn J$?
No, only 1 Jumbo Rewards Card can be used per redemption/earning.
How do I check my J$ balance?
When you sign up for the Jumbo Rewards Card, you will be given a user ID and password. You may check your J$ online with your user ID and password.
What if I lost my card? Will I lose my J$ also?
If you happen to lose your Jumbo Rewards Card, you may request for a new one online or at any of our outlets. An administrative fee is payable for replacement of lost cards.
Your J$ is stored in our system and not on the card. You will not lose your J$. However, if your J$ is redeemed before the card is reported lost, your J$ will not be replaced.
